In May 2003, we interviewed Paul Ray, serial entrepreneur, angel investor, venture capitalist and all-around bioscence enthusiast about an IPO experience he had that was filled with extreme peaks and valleys. In addition to intellectual property concerns the other key that got in the way was management. Remember, those that don't learn from the past are doomed to relive it.
