Colorado Business Roundtable (COBRT) is a private, non-profit,
non-partisan, non-lobbying organization that derives its revenue entirely
from membership dues. The organization limits its membership to 100 of
the top businesses in the state and exists to promote the economic growth
of Colorado and improve the economic well-being and quality of life of

The steering
committee of the COBRT Education Task Force met on December 14th.
Their special guest was Jo O'Brien, Assistant to the Commissioner of Education
for Learning and Results. Many key issues were covered by Jo O'Brien and
Gayle Dendinger, Chairman of COBRT and further discussed by members of
