Full Office Program

The Full Office Program incorporates immediate solutions for business, including a fully furnished and wired private office, multi-office suite or team room, meeting rooms, business support services and advanced telecommunications. Short- or long-term, clients only pay for the presence, space and services they need on an as-needed basis. The following are included with the monthly fee:

24-hour access to a fully furnished, well-appointed private office, suite or team room
Use of a prestigious HQ center address and center fax number for letterhead and business cards
Building directory listing (if available)
Professional receptionist to greet clients
24-hour integrated voice messaging with caller option to reach live person during business hours
Self-serve coffee, tea and filtered water
Access to fully-equipped meeting rooms
Incoming mail and package receipt and distribution to client's office or locked mailbox
Outgoing mail service and express delivery handling, which includes weighing mail, metering and posting daily without surcharges
Janitorial services five days weekly
Office maintenance and utilities
